Some items may be returned or exchanged under special circumstances. Please note that returns or exchanges will only be accepted upon approval by Bldg45.com. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling charges. Buyer must email the the customer service team for approval for the return. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling expense for all exchanges unless otherwise stated. Item must be returned in 7 days and in same condition (unwashed and unworn). Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise if you wish to request approval for a return/exchange. Our customer service team will assist you according to your situation and request.

In Store Pick Up Program

 

Bldg45.com is now offering an in store pick up option exclusively for Cal Poly Pomona students. Simply put "Pick-Up" in for your promotional code at check out. Your items will be ready to pick up at the Bldg 45 store the following week!

 

In store pick up days will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays only and will be from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. In store pick up will not be available on campus holidays or during breaks. Pick up days and hours are subject to change.

 

When picking up your items, please present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.

 

The BLDG 45 store is located on campus in building 45 in room 120.
